Founder & Academic Director
Samson Okolinta
Samson Okolinta is a near–First Class graduate, innovative entrepreneur, and Founder & CEO of PEFA Group, a growing conglomerate spanning research and consulting, education, food processing, and real estate.
With over a decade of professional and entrepreneurial experience, he is known for intellectual rigour, strategic leadership, and results-driven execution. His work bridges academics, innovation, and structured learning, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
Samson has collaborated with UK-based academics, firms, and professionals, gaining deep insight into UK academic standards, assessment frameworks, and STEM performance expectations. Through PEFA Solutions, he has led academic support initiatives for UK students over the past five years, improving research quality, analytical skills, and academic performance at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
These experiences led to the creation of PEFA Academy, delivering structured, exam-focused A-Level support built on accountability and international best practices. His academic excellence has been recognised with multiple awards, including Best Graduating Student during his undergraduate studies in Nigeria.
Academic Leadership & Faculty Excellence
While Samson provides the academic vision and quality assurance for PEFA Academy, teaching delivery is handled by a carefully selected faculty of high-performing Nigerian tutors with strong subject mastery and deep familiarity with the A-Level curriculum.
Tutors are selected based on proven excellence in A-Level Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, clear understanding of CAIE and Edexcel syllabuses, ability to explain complex concepts with clarity, experience supporting both high-performing and struggling students, and a strong commitment to discipline and accountability.
Under Samson’s leadership, all tutors operate within a structured teaching framework that includes syllabus-mapped lesson plans, past-paper-driven instruction, continuous assessment and feedback, and regular academic reviews.
