Samson Okolinta is a near–First Class graduate, highly innovative entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of PEFA Group, a growing conglomerate with interests spanning research and consulting, education, food processing, and real estate.
With over a decade of professional and entrepreneurial experience, Samson has built a strong reputation for intellectual rigour, strategic thinking, and results-driven leadership. His work sits at the intersection of academics, innovation, and structured learning, with a deep focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Samson has worked with leading firms, academics, and professionals in the United Kingdom, supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their research and academic objectives. This exposure has given him first-hand insight into UK academic standards, assessment frameworks, and performance expectations, particularly within rigorous STEM disciplines.
Through PEFA Solutions, the research and consulting subsidiary of PEFA Group, Samson has led academic support initiatives for UK-based students over the last five years, helping them strengthen research quality, analytical thinking, and academic performance across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
These experiences laid the foundation for PEFA Academy — an institution designed to deliver disciplined, exam-focused A-Level support, built on structure, accountability, and international best practices.
